ONLINE SHOP FAQ & POLICIES
Thank you so much for supporting handmade ceramics. Every piece is carefully crafted in small batches, and by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following policies.
HANDMADE NATURE OF OUR CERAMICS
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
No two pieces are ever exactly alike. Every ceramic is individually handmade and kiln-fired, making each one unique. All our made from smooth white clay with occasional speckles (black dots). Variations in glaze, color, speckles, shape, texture, and size are part of the beauty of handmade work. Screen settings and lighting may also cause colors to appear slightly different from actual.
Are small imperfections considered defects?
No. Minor glaze variations, pinholes, iron specks, tiny firing marks, slight warping, or other characteristics naturally occurring during the ceramic-making process are not considered defects and do not affect functionality.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. Once your parcel has been booked with the courier, you will receive your tracking details.
Please note that processing time is separate from courier delivery time.
What if my package arrives later than expected?
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Shipping delays due to weather, holidays, logistics, routing, or other unforeseen circumstances are the responsibility of the courier.
While we are happy to help coordinate with the courier whenever possible, we cannot guarantee or expedite delivery once the parcel is already in transit.
DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
Every order is packed with multiple layers of protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- An unedited unboxing video starting before the parcel is opened
- Clear photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for assessment.
Lost parcels, delivery delays, and shipping-related concerns are subject to the courier’s investigation and policies.
MATERNITY NOTICE
As many of you know, I’ll be welcoming our little one very soon. 🤍
During my maternity leave, response times may be significantly slower than usual. Concerns involving courier claims, delayed deliveries, damaged parcels, lost shipments, or replacement requests may only be attended to once I’m physically able to resume operations.
Every message will be responded to, and every valid concern will be addressed. I simply ask for your patience and understanding during this special season.
REPLACEMENTS
If, after assessment, your order qualifies for a replacement, the replacement piece will be handmade from scratch and will follow our regular production schedule.
Please allow up to 12 weeks for replacement production. This timeline covers throwing, trimming, drying, bisque firing, glazing, glaze firing, cooling, and quality inspection.
This up to 12-week lead time applies to all approved replacements, including those arising from shipping damage.
Replacement timelines cannot be expedited, especially during my maternity recovery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because every piece is handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Handmade variations
- Minor cosmetic characteristics inherent to handmade ceramics
- Delays caused by courier operations after dispatch
ORDER AGREEMENT
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies, including:
- The handmade nature of our ceramics
- The 5–7 business day processing period after payment confirmation
- Courier-managed delivery timelines
- Our maternity notice
